Advance Auto rebrand and conversion

  • Planning and implementing the conversion of approximately 700 CarQuest locations to Advance Auto stores following a recent acquisition
  • Aiming to deliver the overall program by the end of 2016 within or under budget

AMC Theaters brand refresh and rollout

  • Constructed, renovated and rebranded 138 existing and newly acquired theaters
  • Completed renovations within 90 days while theaters continued to operate

Bi-Lo Holdings conversion program

  • Planned and implemented the conversion of 141 Sweetbay, Harvey’s and Reid’s banners to Winn-Dixie, Harvey’s and Bi-Lo banners throughout the Southeast following an acquisition
  • Successfully converted 17-18 stores during each allotted five-day period

BMO Harris rebrand

  • Met a December deadline to rebrand the Harris Bank portfolio to BMO Harris Bank primarily in Midwest locations
  • Adapted to unique problems posed by winter weather conditions and delivered all sites possible on time and with significant cost savings

Burger King remodel and rollout

  • Supervised new construction and renovation of 50 Burger King stores across New Hampshire
  • Delivered each store within the set 85-day timeframe under budget and with minimal restaurant downtime

Dick’s Sporting Goods survey

  • Performed interior and exterior facility assessment of 90 Dick’s Sporting Goods store locations in New Jersey, California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Ohio
  • Provided high quality surveys and a customized database within the designated two month time allotment

EnLink Midstream rebrand

  • Provided project management services to EnLink Midstream following a merger that created an opportunity to rebrand their real estate facilities
  • Completed 1st phase of signage project on schedule and 50 percent under budget

EZCORP new store rollout

  • Developed and mapped a new store opening process for EZCORP and implemented the program to assist with its rapid expansion into new and existing markets nationwide
  • Realized an average savings of $27,000 per store once the new store process was in place and achieved over $50,000 in savings across multiple new store projects

Family Dollar rebrand and renovation

  • Remodeled and rebranded approximately 4,000 Family Dollar stores nationwide
  • Completed a wide range of services during a three year time frame and implemented a “night work” model to eliminate lost sales during renovation

FedEx (multiple projects)

Brand refresh

  • Rebranded exterior signage at all 1,800 FedEx Office locations nationwide to meet new marketing campaign guidelines
  • Delivered the project on time and under budget, saving FedEx Office approximately $20 million

Office Pack Plus update and rollout

  • Providing project management services to FedEx Office as they seek to update Pack Plus, their packing and shipping store within a store
  • Rolling out updates market by market, on the way to completing approximately 688 sites by May 2015

Finish Line branding and rollout

  • Handled the rollout of 700 Finish Line branded shops within 450 Macy’s department stores across the United States
  • Established technology, program management processes and design standards to meet aggressive timelines

Food Lion brand refresh and rollout

  • Renovated and rebranded 798 Food Lion grocery stores in the southeastern United States
  • Completed initial 207 stores in six months and the remainder in four similar length phases, all within budget

Garden Ridge rebrand and renovation

  • Converted more than 65 nationwide locations of Garden Ridge, a home décor retail chain, to begin reflecting the new At Home retail concept
  • Provided a wide range of services to complete the task and JLL was retained for an upcoming new store construction program involving 17 sites

JCPenney brand refresh and rollout

  • Acted as PMO for a store transformation to introduce a “shop-in-shop” concept in 500-700 JCPenney locations across the United States and Puerto Rico
  • Provided team leadership and coordination to complete transformation within a compressed time frame

McDonald’s (multiple projects)

Equipment rollout
  • Organized and redeemed McDonald’s already-in-progress plan to install cashless POS systems into 8,000 U.S. locations
  • Increased the program schedule by 50 percent and completed the project on budget and on time

  • Completed surveys of 10,000 McDonald’s locations across 50 states within a rigorous seven-month schedule
  • Rapidly mobilized an extensive team, established clear guidelines and provided strategic portfolio analysis

Virtual-collaboration space buildout
  • Delivered virtual-collaboration space for training teams at 20 regional offices on time and 10 percent under budget
  • Implemented a variety of standard multi-site operating procedures to effectively manage the per-site scope and parties involved

Merck rebrand

  • Rebranded 362 Merck locations across the globe following a merger with Shering-Plough
  • Completed project in three years and delivered more than 27% in signage cost savings per site over initial bids

Motorola equipment rollout

  • Handled program and project management for a Motorola technology rollout in 38,000 USPS locations across the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico
  • Successfully coordinated all components of this widespread and complex task in slightly more than three years

Nextel's Latin American brand refresh and rollout

  • Built and rebranded more than 2,500 Nextel locations across five Latin American countries
  • Completed initial 900 locations in nine months and entire project in eighteen

Walgreens (multiple projects)

Brand refresh and rollout

  • Managed 25 major Walgreens store remodeling projects in the western United States and assumed responsibility for many additional programs as the partnership evolved
  • Completed both major initiative and/or maintenance programs in approximately 400 stores with minimal store disruption

Upgrade and remodel

  • Partnered with Walgreens to manage store remodel and upgrade projects in 41 states across the United States and Puerto Rico
  • Completed more than 2,500 project touches to approximately 800 stores in 2014, netting Walgreens savings in the range of $2.6 million
