Jones Lang LaSalle adheres to strict quality control guidelines through the implementation of task order-level and programmatic-level Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.

Our task order-level QA/QC plan starts with communication between Jones Lang LaSalle and the client to ensure expected performance standards are defined and agreed to between all parties. These plans will typically include a focus on timeliness of performance, project status updates, client satisfaction, and other key items. Our program-level QA/QC plan will focus on the holistic nature of the program. Our Program Manager oversees these efforts, focusing on managing resources, leveraging expertise across our team and soliciting client feedback. Our Program Manager consistently measures the performance and workload of each team member to ensure high quality service. We incorporate the performance standards and ensure the required services are completed and meet acceptable quality levels. Finally, we ensure oversight of current project quality assurance reviews and help the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) develop tactical and long-term courses of action for overall program quality assurance.
