There will be excess demand for large facilities in the next 12 moths

Based on historical leasing data, over 60 existing tenants occupying larger box space are expected to have leases rollover by this time next year in the Los Angeles infill markets.

Currently, there are 39 existing available space and 10 under construction and available in the market,  leaving in excess of 19 tenants with no option to relocate, forced to renew in their existing space or look farther into other neighboring markets where space is also limited.

With the excess requirements spread across the markets, many tenants will be left waiting on the sideline until new developments come online. Tenant demand is projected to outpace supply well into 2018, which should be a promising outlook for developers in the LA Basin.
