Visualizing school district quality as a site selection tool

• Ever wonder how your public school district stacks up when compared to the rest of the world? What about how your district compares to the nation? The George W Bush institute developed a global report card which measures the performance of school districts across the United States.

• JLL Research mapped the school district performance percentiles of every school district in Dallas-Fort Worth. The darker blue color indicates higher performance.

• The high-performance belt clearly starts in Keller and Southlake in the west, through to Coppell, Frisco, Plano, Allen, and Lucas, and over to Rockwall in the east.

• Companies looking to make location decisions in DFW will take this into consideration. This also helps explain the growth story for major corporate occupiers in the northern areas.

• We have the ability to overlay this with property locations, labor data, housing data, and infrastructure to identify sites for short-listing to meet a client’s requirements.
