Robust leasing activity limits future availability

• Large leasing activity is mitigating future availabilities by bringing speculative developments from 0 percent to 100 percent preleased with single transactions.

• 6.7 MSF of supply is expected to be added between 2018 and 2022, including the 1.4 MSF Salesforce Tower that delivered in Q1.

• 67.5% of the 5.3 MSF of not yet delivered new office development is pre-leased

• 5 of the 7 new developments are 100% pre-leased, leaving only 2 new buildings in the pipeline with 500K SF + of available space.
