DFW’s industrial development pipeline scaled to potential users

• While DFW’s industrial development pipeline continues to run full at 23 million square feet, tenant requirements representing more than 49 million square feet are currently searching for space.

• Some submarkets with above average vacancy due to recent sizable spec deliveries (like South Dallas) also have the highest level of tenants seeking space.

• Vacancy declined to 6.6 percent in Q1 as demand continued to remain high.  A few very large deals are poised to sign and could push DFW’s vacancy rate into the low 6-percent range during the later part of 2018.
