Central Florida office ownership

*Based on office buildings purchases and sales in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa over the last 2 years, the largest 15 buyers and sellers have been complied to find the net changes in holdings in Central Florida.

  • The largest ownership shift happened in Orlando, with the CBD portfolio that changed hands from the Parkway/ Cousins merger and was sold two years later to Southwest Value Partners. Parkway additionally sold other properties in Jacksonville before the merger, accounting for the larger amount of dispositions than Cousins.
  • Starwood and Parmenter Realty Partners are two ownership groups to monitor closely, as both have made substantial dispositions and subsequent or concurrent acquisitions in Central Florida, signaling continued interest in the local markets.​​
