Indianapolis Cultural Trail adds unique walkability to downtown properties

  • The Indianapolis Cultural Trail is an eight-mile bike and pedestrian path that connects the six Downtown Cultural Districts – The Canal & White River State Park, Fountain Square, Indiana Avenue, Mass Ave, Market East, and Wholesale District. What’s more, the northeast end connects to the Monon Trail, which travels north to Broad Ripple Village and even further into Carmel.
  • 39 multi-tenant office properties are located within one block of the Cultural Trail, and a whopping 83.0 percent lie within a two block radius!
  • This one-of-a-kind trail provides the Indianapolis CBD a unique walkability that exemplifies the “Work, Live, Play” model by connecting residential neighborhoods to downtown office buildings and cultural attractions.
