Milwaukee Skyline offers multiple big blocks

  • ​Since the Milwaukee Skyline welcomed its newest office building in over a decade last year, tenant trading between towers has opened up some spaces that have been off the market for years. Now, nine of the eleven skyline buildings have at least one full floor available, with eight buildings offering over 20,000 square feet of contiguousy and two buildings with over 50,000 square feet. ​
  • While some of the largest tenants in Milwaukee will still have to look to built-to-suit opportunities if they are looking to move, the mid-size firms might get their pick of the group. Firm movement isn’t the only factor resulting in this availability, however, as rightsizing has opened up space as well – such as the full floor at 875 E. Wisconsin Ave. that was given back by Roundy’s (Kroger) earlier this year.
