Outlook for office demand remains high across submarkets, driven by a diversity of industries

  • ​Office tenants in the market currently comprise almost 20 million square feet. 
  • North Texas’ desirable location and low business costs continues to drive broad interest, with 5.9 million square feet of confidential companies exploring relocation and having space demands of 20,000 to a million square feet.
  • This tenant demand will influence all our submarkets, although Far North Dallas / Legacy and Las Colinas are at the top of most lists for a diverse set of companies​​
