JLL dominates landlord rep in 2016

JLL was responsible for representing the landlord on 18.8% of all leased industrial s.f. in Sacramento in 2016, besting the next highest brokerage house, CBRE, by 660 basis points.

JLL was bolstered by the fact that it assisted the landlord on five of the thirty largest leases signed in 2016, including Prologix renewing their 110,000 s.f. lease at 1464 Enterprise Blvd and KP Core renewing their lease for 100,008 s.f. at 3700 Seaport Blvd.

With several moderately sized leases set to expire in 2017, especially in the Power Inn and Northgate submarkets, this trend is expected to continue. ​
