Following decisions by both Duke & Equity to exit the market, combined with one of the highest levels of office investment activity post-recession, a shake-up has occurred among the Top-10.

New entrants to the Top-10 following Duke & Equity’s departure, include Hertz Investment Group (now the top owner of office product in Indianapolis), Strategic Capital Partners/Rubenstein Partners and Mission Peak Capital.
