​Seattle’s Pike Street retail corridor has seen some of the strongest rent growth in North America. However, with an average asking rent of $65 per square foot, it is the third most affordable prime retail corridor featured in JLL’s City Retail report.The Pike Street corridor is filled with a stable collection of restaurants and apparel. The retail activity serves downtown Seattle and is expanding toward the residential population in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. With a growing population of working Millennials and a trendy mix of shops and restaurants, Pike Street will remain one of the top urban shopping destinations.
