Report | Fort Worth Office Energy Outlook - 2016

Summary

Occupancy levels remain stable in downtown Fort Worth, despite a number of energy tenants vacating space and energy remaining an important driver for the market. The city favorable position to survive energy's slowdown stems from other sectors taking down space that's come to market from energy firm downsizing.

Current market fundamentals in the CBD remain in the hands of tenants, while landlords control the suburbs, but we see landlords also gaining control in the CBD in the next 12 months.
