The Columbus CBD is set to add more than 600,000 square feet of quality office space over the next three years with the vast majority of space still available for law firms to grab. Rents for quality downtown spaces is trending upward as leverage continues to shift to landlords. While 2016 should remain an overall neutral market, we see landlords gaining hold marketwide in 2017.
