Summary

Corporate real estate executives (CREs) often take a lead role in establishing operations in emerging markets. Given the complexity and lack of transparency of these markets, this role comes with inherent challenges. This paper provides an overview of the key inputs needed to develop a financial model for manufacturing direct investment decisions.
