Economic growth across both Napa and Solano County is pushing office demand forward as unemployment rates decrease in both areas.

As both counties see upticks in rental rates from 2015 levels, tenants continue to migrate south, especially those needing 5,000 square feet of space, in search of additional supply and more competitive pricing options.
