Summary

The potential for another tower downtown continues to increase as multiple office proposals pile up from a handful of developers. 

Tenants looking for at least 50,000 square feet of space over the next year should be able to add built-to-suit options to their list. We see the market being able to add another tower of roughly 300,000 square feet.

A most recent focus downtown has been the repurposing of under-utilized office buildings. This year alone, over 360,000 square feet of inventory's been taken off the market in anticipation of a coming conversion.​
