Smaller tenants looking to get into the Mid-Peninsula have an opportunity to take advantage of value on the sublease market. A number of opportunities between 10,000-30,000 square feet are now available at an average discount of 14.3 percent compared to market rents.

Office inventory across the Mid-Peninsula continues to increase with strong pre-leasing activity, decreasing vacancies and all-time high rental rates pushing further quality Class A space. As of Q3, more than 3.6 million square feet of proposed spacee could break ground at any moment.​
