Summary

As of Q3, even with low vacancy rates, an abundance of Class A floors remain available at top tier assets across Oakland, including 1111 Broadway, 1333 Broadway and 1901 Harrison.

While leasing activity in the Oakland CBD was relatively light in the third quarter, several major occupancies took place, most notably AECOM's relocation and KTGY's move into the Leamington Building. In addition to coming new office developments, several buildings over 700,000 square feet are now under renovation and slated for delivery in the 24 months.​
