Report | Chicago Suburban Office Insight - Q3 2016

Summary

For the first time since 2008, average Suburban Chicago rental rates are now above $24 per square foot, with average rent growth up 2.62 percent across the region.

Strong leasing activity is pushing positive absorption numbers in all submarkets, except Western East/West and North Cook County. The dip in those two submarkets is mainly  a result of a single large move out in each that had been expected for some time.
