Direct Class A vacancies across the Philadelphia Suburbs dipped further in Q2 as a result of continuing occupancy gains. 

Vacancy numbers in Delaware County were especially strong yet again, with market fundamentals across the county expected to continue to tighten for the remainder of 2016.

Among all core suburban submarkets, Plymouth Meeting/Blue Bell saw the largest quarter-over-quarter growth—jumping an impressive 6.8 percent in Q2.​
