Report | San Francisco Mid-Peninsula Office Insight - Q2 2016

Summary

Net absorption numbers rebounded nicely across the Mid-Peninsula in Q2, although tenants looking for value have options via the sublease market.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 300,000 square feet of additional Class A space has hit the market for sublease from tenants who had excess inventory.

With demand numbers remaining strong, developers have broken ground on two new speculative projects, which will eventually add an additional 300,000 square feet of Class A space to the market.
