Suburban tenant demand continues to outpace Orlando’s CBD, with tenant requirements expanding by 8 percent in Q1 (quarter-on-quarter) across the suburbs.
Absorption trends also followed suit last quarter. The suburbs saw gains of over 100,000 square feet in total. We see higher parking ratios and lower Class A rent prices as the major advantage right now for suburban submarkets.
