Miami saw transaction levels return to normal in Q1 2016 following the execution of a large number of big deals in 2015 that skewed demand numbers.
Overall, the first three months of 2016 saw the standard deviation for transaction size shrink to its smallest figure since Q1 2014.
While total average direct asking rates rose 1.5 percent quarter-on-quarter in Q1, rate adjustment volume slowed. A large contingent of landlords appear to be assessing the broader market.
