Report | Milwaukee Office Insight - Q4 2015
Tenants looking to acquire space in Milwaukee’s CBD during Q4 2015 had fewer and fewer options to choose from—with strong first and third quarter lease numbers in the submarket filling a number of remaining availabilities.
With that lack of space downtown, total annual market net absorption was down significantly, despite positive growth from the suburbs.
However, we expect to see significant Class A space open up in the CBD in 2016. The renovation of two skyline buildings—330 Kilbourn and Two-Fifty—will bring luxury options for tenants looking to relocate or expand operations within the CBD.
