Report | Seattle Bellevue Office Insight - Q4 2015
Development returned to prerecession levels in Seattle in 2015, with seven projects totaling more than 2.2 million square feet being delivered. The largest was the 929 Office Tower in downtown Bellevue—the first to open there since 2009.
And, construction doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon—as vacancy rates market-wide reach 10-year lows. More than 5.9 million square feet is set to deliver over the next two years, giving tenants a major opportunity to move into premier space in sought after submarkets like Puget Sound.
