Report | Raleigh Durham Office Insight - Q4 2015
2015 brought Raleigh-Durham the highest sales volume since 2007—with more than 40.5 million square feet of space trading at an average of $157 per square foot—as market-wide vacancy rates fell below 12 percent.
While rent growth remained relatively flat over the last 12 months, new construction continued. Already, 74 percent of space has been preleased in the Midtown district’s new 300,000-square-foot 12-story office tower (which is set to be delivered in Q3 2017).
