Report | Westchester Law Firm Outlook - 2015
Firms in Westchester County are facing challenges attracting and retaining talent due to its proximity to New York City. However, the overall market remains favorable for the industry.
Smaller firms looking at White Plains have a number of options space-wise with higher-end buildings in the CBD between 10,000 and 30,000 square feet. Firms willing to push their physical location farther away from train stops can receive 12 percent off their lease.
White Plains has eight blocks of space totaling more than 100,000 square feet in size, but the challenge for landlords is most of these spaces are not suitable to break up for smaller tenants.
