Large Sacramento-based law firms looking to renew their leases downtown have fewer options to choose from, as a result of the continued expansion from the State of California into the area.
Growth in rental rates for the downtown area is expected to continue over the next 12-24 months, with the overall market turning back towards landlords starting in 2017.
Smaller firms with flexible space requirements still have a number of options available to them, however.
