Law firms in Indianapolis are dealing with decreasing availability of space within the urban core of the city, and the majority of new construction being based in the suburbs.
Availability does remain, however, within lower floors of CBD office buildings, and the market is still considered tenant-favorable through 2016. Rents are forecast to rise only 1 percent on average over the next 12 months.
