​Detroit’s CBD has recently seen a sharp decline in available space, as more large corporations relocate or expand their operations downtown. Many landlords are upgrading existing office towers and increasing rents are core market fundamentals tighten. We expect Detroit to be landlord-favorable starting in 2017.
