Summary

Unable to extend its streak to twenty consecutive quarters of positive net absorption, the Houston office market experienced 87,904 square feet of negative net absorption in the third quarter. 

Class B properties bore the brunt of the impact, conceding nearly 225,000 square feet in occupancy losses, while Class A properties remained in the black, posting 135,108 square feet of positive net absorption this quarter.
