Report | An experienced hand to help you achieve LEED certification for your data center

Summary

Notorious “energy hogs” like data centers are among the toughest facilities to target for LEED certification. IT typically represents 30-40 percent of a company’s energy consumption. Server utilization rarely exceeds 6 percent, and facility utilization is often 50 percent or less. New and existing data centers, often built to “anything goes” specifications justified by their critical function, are often considered too challenging for LEED pursuits.
