Ed Nolan is a Senior Vice President with the Strategic Consulting group and based in the Chicago office, where he leads the Workplace Strategy practice for the central United States.​ He has over 15 years’ experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies to realize more value from the workplace.

Bernice Boucher leads the Workplace Strategy practice in the Americas and is a senior leader in the Workplace Solutions practice globally. She brings more than 17 years of experience in workplace strategy and change management, including work with Fortune 100 businesses and corporate real estate groups. 

You’ll want to talk with Bernice if you’re early in your workplace strategy planning and need help with developing a business case, leadership visioning, gathering employee insights or determining metrics to prove success.

Tim Kay is Managing Director and Market Leader for Michigan, Ohio and Western PA. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate project management and strategic workplace design.

Tim’s team is responsible for the planning and execution of variable projects on a local, regional and global basis. He’s the guy to talk to about logistics of a redesign/development project: putting a team in place, creating a timeline, managing expectations, and keeping a project on track, on time and on budget.

Bob Best is JLL’s Head of Energy and Sustainability, and has been with the firm for 30 years. He’s a LEED® Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council and a Green Globes Professional through the Green Building Initiative.

If you have questions about making your office more environmentally friendly and more productive for your employees, Bob is the ideal person to talk to. He literally wrote the book on it. ​

Steve Stratton is a co-leader of the Chicago tenant representation group and oversees the Midwest practice. He also leads The Headquarters Practice Group team in the Midwest and is known as an expert in advising companies on their headquarters facility requirements.
