​​Current responsibilities
David Cantwell is and Executive Vice President at JLL, bringing over thirty years of commercial real estate expertise. Mr. Cantwell has completed numerous transactions with a total value of more than $950 million, ranging from purchases, sales and leasing of large industrial building to the purchase of a 250-acre land tract and $138 million sale/leaseback for a corporate headquarters.
 
Mr. Cantwell's dossier includes corporate headquarter leases and sales, sale/leasebacks, and build-to-suites as well as warehouse, distribution center and office relocations, lease acquisitions, credit leveraged leases and dispositions. Additionally, Mr. Cantwell has extensive experience in renewals, expansions, renegotiations, building, land purchases and land sales.
 
 
Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Cantwell was Principal of The Staubach Company where, in addition to representing tenants in Northwest Nevada and Southern California, he transacted business throughout the United States.
 
Mr. Cantwell's career has been focused on tenant representation. He has completed a variety of assignments in Reno with companies such as QuadGraphics, PPG, Brightpoint and Merck among others. Davis is a top performer consistently receiving productivity awards.
 
Mr. Cantwell established the Reno office and is a recognized spokesperson in Northwest Nevada. His in-depth real estate knowledge of market trends has earned him high credibility within the real estate industry.

 
Education 
Mr. Cantwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, cum laude from Pepperdine University and is a licensed broker in both California and Nevada. 

 
Affiliations
Mr. Cantwell is a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Reno branch. Each year, David represents as least one charity in their real estate and donates back the real estate commissions to the charity.
