Current responsibilities
Quintin Ward is a Senior Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services Group in the Houston office.  His career spans over 25 years within the project, construction and facility management industries. In his current role, he is working on a medical clinic and an electrical duct bank project for a local oil and gas firm. He has managed over $34,000,000 of construction projects and has been part of the management team for approximately $224,000,000 of commercial/industrial and healthcare construction projects.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Ward was a Project Manager II for CH2MHILL on the Shell Oil account in Houston.  In this role, he was responsible for capital and maintenance construction projects throughout the Shell Real Estate portfolio in Houston, Texas and his primary management coverage area was for 1.5 million square feet of real estate within the central business district.
Recent assignments include: Barclays Capital, Duke Energy, Pathfinder Energy/Schlumberger, Spectra Energy, MX Energy, BP, Towers Watson, QRI, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Dynegy, Pitney Bowes Management Services, Services Integration Group (SIG), Prairie View A&M University, Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR)/Halliburton, and Compaq Computers.
Mr. Ward earned an electrical engineering degree from Prairie View A&M University and also has a business degree from the University of Houston.
