Current responsibilities
Ed Shoemake provides value to his clients by carefully controlling projects from the initial planning stages through the move-in and the final close-out. His expertise goes beyond management of the program's budget and schedule; he ensures that the development actually fulfills the needs and goals of the owners and users. Throughout the process, he strives to match the most appropriate real estate options with the most desirable design and construction decisions while continuing to monitor budget and schedule evaluations.
