Current Responsibilities
Kevin Lott is responsible for the marketing and leasing of the Central Business District and suburban office portfolio in Atlanta. Successful negotiations over Mr. Lott's 17 year career in commercial real estate exceed 3.5 million square feet. Mr. Lott focuses on helping owners enhance the value of their assets through strategic marketing to increase prospect velocity and successful negotiation of favorable deal terms.  His experience includes all facets of Landlord representation, from the conception and implementation of marketing ideas to the budgeting process through to lease analysis, negotiation, and execution. Mr. Lott has extensive experience in the successful brand enhancement and market reintroduction of office assets as well as a specialty in successfully leasing large block vacancies.   

Experience
From 2013-2015 Mr. Lott completed over 470,000 sf of leases at Mansell Overlook resulting in raising occupancy from 64% to 90% after recapitalization of the asset by MetLife.

In 2014, Mr. Lott completed the leasing of Cobalt Center with the signing of a 375,000 square foot lease to bring the office building to 100% occupancy in under a year after winning the leasing assignment with M&J Wilkow.

In 2012-2013, Mr. Lott completed the lease up of Hammond Exchange with the signing of two significant leases that brought the previously vacant 11-story 250,000 square foot office building to 100% occupancy within less than 12 months of winning the leasing assignment.

Career leasing assignments include the aforementioned Cobalt Center, Hammond Exchange, Overlook II, Live Oak Square, One & Three Glenlake, Glenridge Highlands I, 244 Perimeter Center, Mansell Overlook, University Office Park, Parkway Center, The Park at Windward Concourse and Koger Center- Gwinnett. Clients while at JLL during the past five years include MetLife, Columbia Property Trust, Drawbridge Realty, Cornerstone, M&J Wilkow, John Hancock, Wayzata Investment Partners, Alaska Permanent Fund, AEW, Highbrook Investment Management, DRA Advisors, and GE. Previously, Mr. Lott worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a tenant representative for three years which enriched his ability to determine the needs and motivations of tenants and their representative brokers.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Lott is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a bachelor of arts in Communications, alumni of UNSW Study Abroad in Sydney, Australia, and a certified Birkman Consultant.  He is also a member of NAIOP and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
