Current responsibilities
Sig Arensen is Senior Vice President for JLL Retail’s portfolio of retail centers. He has overall responsibility for relationship management of existing and prospective clients seeking retail services.

His primary focus is to provide superior client service and work directly with the clients to ensure an understanding of investment objectives and development of property-specific strategic plans and operating and capital budgets.

Sig's experience in various retail asset types range from large lifestyle centers to neighborhood centers and ground-up developments, in markets across the country and for private and institutional owners.

Prior to joining JLL, Sig served as Vice President of Property Management at Inland Mid-Atlantic Management. His responsibilities included oversight of 88 properties totaling more than 7 million s.f. throughout the Carolinas, Northern Georgia and Virginia. Sig managed a broad range of property types including office, residential, retail and mixed-use developments.

Previously, Sig served as a Chief Operating Officer at Levine Properties where he supervised operations and management services for the real estate portfolio, including the development of new commercial properties.

Throughout his career, Sig has held various property management positions including Property Manager, District Manager and Director of Property Management for real estate assets.

EducationSig holds a bachelor of science in political science from Frostburg State College.
