Current Responsibilities
Mr. Compitello is a Vice President of Brokerage Services at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New Jersey office.  At Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Compitello dedicates his responsibilities to include new business development primarily focusing on market research, financial analysis, site and facility acquisition and disposition, and lease negotiations.

His primary focus includes business development, property marketing initiatives, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research.  Mr. Compitello has successfully completed projects for Sharp, Panasonic, Citigroup, Conduent and Lincoln Financial. On the landlord representation side, Mr. Compitello has worked with Normandy Real Estate Partners, The Hampshire Companies and The Silverman Group.

Mr. Compitello began his career in 2006 with The Staubach Company and joined Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2008 after the two companies merged.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Compitello was an Associate with The Staubach Company’s New Jersey Industrial Services Group.  Mr. Compitello proved to be instrumental in Staubach’ s industrial initiatives which resulted in rapid growth in the marketplace.  In 2009, Mr. Compitello completed the largest industrial transaction of the year in the New Jersey  by securing an expansion of 400,000 square feet for Dotcom Distribution.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Compitello graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a Liberal Arts degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Delphic Society, which recognizes student athletes with a 3.0 GPA or greater.  Mr. Compitello is a member of the Franklin & Marshall Metro New York Alumni Association as well as the Suburban Chamber of Commerce.
