​​Current Responsibilities 

Julie Kilpatrick is a Senior Manager in the Southwest Project and Development Services (PDS) Group serving Southern California Markets and numerous Accounts across the US/LATAM/ APAC & EMEA. Since joining JLL in 2002, she has successfully managed and acquired new Accounts in excess of $250M focusing on Insurance, Healthcare/Pharma, Finance, Hospitality and Rebranding & Retail campaigns.

Ms. Kilpatrick was most recently responsible for PMO Operations and Transitions for all PDS global Accounts and National Markets.  She implemented the OneView Technology Platform and personally transitioned over 2000 PM's globally for various Markets and Accounts. Her recent work on the JP Morgan Account earned her and her team multiple VIP Awards.

When managing projects and Accounts, Ms. Kilpatrick manages all aspects of real estate including design, construction administration, site selection, financial management & procurement, property management, and leasing requirements on behalf of her Client. Routinely garnering high praise for her dedicated service, she provides extreme attention to detail and risk avoidance on every aspect of a Program. Ms. Kilpatrick is the recipient of the 2010 DaVinci Award for Innovation, the Firm's highest honor, as the Program Director for a $20M global rebranding campaign spanning 400 locations across 130 countries for a major healthcare client.


With over 15 years of international Project Management, Development and Construction experience, Julie has served JLL on a multitude of projects and clients. She possesses superior client engagement and strategy capabilities that have allowed her to successfully manage some of the firm's most notable capital improvement and multi-site assignments across the globe including, Aetna Insurance, JP Morgan Chase & Company, BlueCross BlueShield, McDonald's, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, HSBC, Bank of America, Arris, Xerox, Ernst &Young, Charles Schwab, Target, Merck & Co, United Airlines, Starbucks and Eli Lilly as well as many other Fortune 500 Clients.

Prior to her experience with JLL, Ms. Kilpatrick began her career working as Project Manager on the Owner/Developer's side with Duke Realty Corporation and Churchill Development in Chicago, IL, delivering construction and refresh campaigns valued over $150M.

LEED accredited since 2005, she has extensive experience in permitting and due diligence for portfolios across multiple geographies. She has instituted and managed Minority Business Partnerships and multi-currency international procurement and contracting programs for global clients located within the US, Canada, Latin America, EMEA and Australasia, contributing to major savings on import/export, taxes, and protection against currency fluctuations and risk.
