Current responsibilities
Dan De Palma joined Jones Lang LaSalle in March 2007 as Vice President of the New Jersey Markets Group. Dan represents tenants based in New Jersey and New York for their global real estate requirements. He has also completed numerous transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers of investment grade office, industrial, retail and housing assets.

Prior to coming to Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan, a 29-year veteran of the real estate industry, spent 12 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. He has extensive local market expertise, particularly in Northern New Jersey.

• Gotham Partners to Toll Brothers – Maxwell Place, Hoboken, NJ – $76M sale of
development site of 26 acres approved for 832 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail and office space
• Exodus Communications to Deutsch Bank – Parsippany, NJ – fifteen (15) year lease assignment to Deutsche Bank of 205,000 square feet of office and data center
• Bank of America – Glen Rock, NJ – 106,000 square feet – Regional Wealth Management Facility – Sale Leaseback / Renewal

Dan attended New York University as an undergraduate and completed his studies at Rutgers University, graduating with honors in Finance.
