​Current responsibilities
Outstanding client service and attention to detail undergird the foundation on which Jonathan McCord builds his relationships with clients, with a vision toward the long-term. 

He provides brokerage services to both national and local companies, optimizing their real estate strategies. Jonathan is committed to providing his clients the ultimate level of service, drawing from JLL's extensive resources and product lines.

Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in office tenant representation. Responsibilities have included capital asset modeling, lease negation, portfolio management, vendor cost comparisons, regional economic analysis, master planning, as well as quarterly financial performance analysis.

Key clients include: HSBC Bank, State Government of Tennessee, Discovery Channel, Univision, LeasePlan USA Headquarters, United Healthcare Group, TN Education Lottery Headquarters, and New Penn Financial.

A key focus of Jonathan's is the expansion of the JLL brand. Prior to joining JLL he served as a Project Director for Colonial Properties Trust in Atlanta.  

While at Colonial, Jonathan created and implemented company-wide initiatives to increase client retention, reduce overhead expense, and explore new avenues for revenue.

Before entering the real estate industry, Jonathan worked for four years in the emergency response field as a firefighter/EMS professional. 

Since 2013 he has annually been awarded the Jones Lang LaSalle Top Achiever award for distinction in sales and revenue generation.


Jonathan is a graduate from The University of West Georgia, and has a bachelor's degree in Finance.  

He is currently active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and vo​lunteers weekly with his local church.
