Current responsibilities
Ken creates customized real estate solutions for our corporate clients. He is vital part of the Solutions Development team as a subject matter expert in Integrated Facility Management Services. Ken has a proven track record of identifying and implementing comprehensive value added solutions for facility management and real estate services.

Previous experience
As a leader in the real estate industry, Ken has 24 years of industry experience with JLL. Throughout his career, he transformed our facility management platform to benefit industrial clients such as Whirlpool, Cardinal Health and our automotive clients and in the process helped to grow the industrial facility management platform. In addition, Ken was an active leader in marketing Mobile Engineering Services and worked to help secure our first major hospital group real estate and facility management assignment.

Prior to his current role, he was the Central Regional Director for our Integrated Facility Management practice, overseeing 20 major client accounts and over 1,200 properties in 50 million square feet. In this position, he helped clients save millions in operating expenses and add value through integration of operations. He also served as Client Relationship Manager for key client accounts including General Motors, Delphi, and JP Morgan Chase and held leadership positions on the AT&T (SBC/Ameritech) account.

In his account leadership positions, he gained experience delivering our full suite of products to a distributed portfolio of properties while leveraging resources and technologies in the process. He began his career with the company, first as a leasing agent and later as a property manager for various properties in the greater Chicago area.

Before joining JLL, he held operations and sales management positions in the telecommunications and healthcare fields.

Education and affiliations
Ken holds an MBA in supply chain management and a BA from Michigan State University. He is an active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
