Current Responsibilities
As the Accounts Client Relationship Manager for the Greater Philadelphia area, Cliff is responsible for leading the Corporate Account Management business and supporting business development. In this capacity, Cliff brings extensive experience managing integrated service platforms both domestic and global including clients such as Unisys, ACE and Gramercy Capital Corporation totaling approximately 24 million s.f.  He serves on the Firm’s Philadelphia Leadership Board and is an exclusive member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Integrated Facility Management Counsel responsible for shaping the facility management product for the Firm.
Cliff joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997 and has over 20 years of corporate real estate experience. Previously, he was responsible for Bank of America’s Midwest, Northeast and International portfolios where he led strategy and implementation for Transactions, Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Property/Facility Management. Internationally, he has managed portfolios in thirty countries with staffed offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong, India, and London.
He has managed client accounts with global portfolios, such as Whirlpool and VeriFone.  Additionally, he has performed operating assessments for Harris Bank, HSBC Brazil, and National City. Cliff brings tremendous financial expertise to the Firm, having developed and implemented operating plans, strategic planning, integrated service platforms and cost saving initiatives. He has also led several organizational restructuring efforts and change management programs. 
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Cliff served as First Vice President for Great Western Bank where he was responsible for Corporate Asset Management. In this capacity he directed corporate real estate operations for the Bank’s portfolio and 700 location retail network. He was a key executive responsible for restructuring Great Western Bank’s Corporate Real Estate department into an outsourcing model.
Education and Affiliations
Cliff holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management, (IREM) and Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) certification from the Corporate Real Estate Network Globally (CoreNet) and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Cliff is a course instructor for IREM and has an Arizona Real Estate Sales license.
