Current responsibilities
As a 25+ year veteran in commercial real estate, Jeff has extensive experience in the leasing and repositioning of CBD and suburban office properties.  Currently, Jeff is responsible for a portfolio of intown and suburban office properties.

Experience
Having leased over ten million s.f. of CBD and suburban office properties during his career, Jeff has consistently been a top producer as recognized by JLL, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP.

Prior to relocating to Atlanta in 2000, Jeff served as Regional Leasing Director for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with a portfolio of 6 million s.f.  Jeff also served as Cincinnati Regional Manager responsible for overseeing all leasing, property management and new business development for Southern Ohio and Kentucky with a portfolio of 5 million s.f.

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Jeff was Manager of downtown marketing and leasing for Duke Realty Corporation, a full-service commercial developer with over one-hundred million s.f. across the U.S.  During his tenure with Duke, Jeff was directly responsible for the leasing of a 1.8 million square foot portfolio of class A high-rise office properties for Duke, CalPERS and TIAA in downtown Cincinnati.

Education
Jeff is actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  He holds a real estate brokers license in Georgia.
