Shannon is responsible for delivering and managing the domestic and global service platform for a broad base of clients, with an emphasis on developing real estate strategies that align and adhere business unit requirements with overall corporate objectives.

In addition, Shannon is the responsible interface with client relationship managers to create and implement specific real estate solutions, resulting in optimum financial results, metric advancement and key portfolio improvements.

Experience
Shannon Rzeznikiewicz joined the Strategic Occupancy Solutions (SOS) team led by Scott M. Panzer in 2007 and Jones Lang LaSalle in 2009.

Prior to joining the SOS Practice, Shannon was at Cushman & Wakefield. During her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Shannon held a variety of positions in which she provided strategic development and comprehensive marketing services for numerous agency leasing assignments throughout the country. She was voted by her colleagues "Employee of the Year" for the New England region at Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.
