Paul is a Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle and is the
Southwest’s team lead for the firm’s Healthcare Practice.  He oversees healthcare and life sciences projects in the west and is responsible for consistently delivering innovative and effective project management solutions to the healthcare industry.

Years of experience
Paul has consistently focused on complex, challenging projects that demand technical skill and effective project management expertise, including a strong commitment to on-time and on-budget project delivery. His expertise is deeply embedded in healthcare facilities and life sciences laboratory projects. Previously, Paul was Senior Project Director for Jensen Partners, where he was responsible for design and construction phase management for clients including a 105,000 sf research facility for City of Hope in Los Angeles; a new $14.2 million emergency department for St. John’s Hospital in Camarillo, California; as well as master planning and project management services for a $500 million multi-phased seismic upgrade and replacement hospital project for Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, California.

• City of Hope -Los Angeles, CA. – Beckman Research Institute - New 105,000 SF research facility.
• City of Hope -Los Angeles, CA. – Familian Institute – 10,000 SF research lab remodel.
•  Vedanta University -Puri, India – Academic Medical Center - program review and master planning study for a new 700,000 SF medical center in eastern India

• Kaiser Westside Medical Center – Portland, Oregon.  New healthcare campus including 350,000 SF hospital, 340,000 SF support/clinic building, and 2400 car parking structure. 
• Kaiser MOB’s – Redwood City, CA.  New 110,000 SF and 95,000 SF Medical Office Buildings on existing medical campus.
• Nitto Denko, Inc. – Oceanside, CA – New 30,000 SF R&D laboratory including synthetic chemistry, laser, and microbiology labs.
• Xepix Corporation – Brea, CA – 28,000 SF remodel including H6 semiconductor fab, R&D and office space.
• Newport Corporation – Irvine, CA – 43,000 SF remodel of Advanced Optics Division laboratories, including Class 1000, 10,000 clean rooms.
• Genteric, Inc. – Alameda, CA – 42,000 SF, R&D facility, including molecular biology labs, vivarium, chemical labs and support spaces.
• Novellus, Inc. – San Jose, CA – 80,000 SF, 300mm semi-conductor clean room manufacturing.  Hazardous materials storage and delivery systems.
