Current responsibilities
Jodie Matthews is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s New Jersey brokerage team.  She is responsible for client relationship development, management and implementation of real estate transactions. 

Jodie serves as a transaction manager on several corporate accounts.  She is responsible for overseeing numerous strategic transactions for all phases of real estate including acquisition and disposition.

Jodie has over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry.  She has been a landlord and has also worked in commercial real estate with corporate clients in a wide variety of industries for local and national assignments. 

Jodie is an expert in financial analysis, tenant procurement and lease negotiations. As a result of her in-depth market knowledge of New Jersey, she has become a valuable resource in the due diligence process for the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

Prior to joining JLL, Jodie worked at Cushman & Wakefield for twelve years as an associate director. In the last five years, Ms. Matthews has worked on nearly 400 transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet valued at approximately $500 million. 

Education and Affiliations
Jodie earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Maryland at College Park.  She is a member of the Ryan Wolfe Kossar Foundation and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. 

Jodie is the co-lead for JLL’s Women’s Business Network in New Jersey and a mentor for Women Unlimited.
